Served as a network creative executive and collaborated with production companies on current series while strategizing and developing new programming for future slates. Ensured all elements of current show production stayed on schedule and creatively and technically met network standards for TBS, TNT, and truTV, starting with truTV.   Wrote editorial feedback on cuts and formats, sculpted the creative DNA of shows, assessed a constant flow of external show pitches, and upheld the filters of each network.
